ABOUT US
ClickBSL was founded on a simple belief: Deaf people deserve more than access — they deserve to thrive.
The concept for ClickBSL started to become a reality in 2024 and brought together over several years of experience in Deaf inclusion. Shaped by real-world insight and a clear understanding of the barriers Deaf people face, the service officially launched in March 2026.
ClickBSL brings together on-demand British Sign Language (BSL) support, Deaf-led technical expertise, and Access to Work (AtW) integration into one seamless service. Every element is designed to remove barriers and support real success in the workplace.
Communication is more than words. It is confidence, independence, and the ability to fully participate. ClickBSL is designed to be flexible, responsive, and centred around the needs of Deaf users.
More than a service provider, ClickBSL works in partnership with individuals and organisations to create environments where Deaf people can connect, grow, and be fully understood.

April Lipscomb
Hello,
My name is April. I’ve been part of the Positive Signs team for three years as a Communication support Worker, helping bridge conversations and supporting clients in their working roles.
As a CODA, the Deaf community has always been home for me and working here has only deepened that connection.
I enjoy working with people across the Deaf community and I’m passionate about creating communication that feels empowering and inclusive.

I’m Lucy Michaels, the new Client Engagement Lead for Click BSL at Positive Signs. I have joined the team in January.
Before this role, I was the Bookings Coordinator, managing all the interpreting bookings. What I love most about Positive Signs is the warmth and collaboration – everyone genuinely cares about making a difference for the Deaf community.

My name is Jeevi and I am a Deaf Technology Expert for ClickBSL. Before joining ClickBSL, I spent most of my career working in various tech roles in the Square Mile (Central London).
I am excited to be part of ClickBSL and to support the Deaf community through the newly released ClickBSL app. With my background in tech, I am passionate about helping the Deaf community to feel confident using technology and stay up to date with new technology.
Whether you need help with a mobile, tablet, laptop, TV or even AI in BSL, I am here to support you. I am a BSL user!
