April Liscombe

Hello,

My name is April. I’ve been part of the Positive Signs team for three years as a Communication support Worker, helping bridge conversations and supporting clients in their working roles.

As a CODA, the Deaf community has always been home for me and working here has only deepened that connection.

I enjoy working with people across the Deaf community and I’m passionate about creating communication that feels empowering and inclusive.

Lucy Michaels

Hello!

I’m Lucy Michaels, the new Client Engagement Lead for Click BSL at Positive Signs. I have joined the team in January.

Before this role, I was the Bookings Coordinator, managing all the interpreting bookings. What I love most about Positive Signs is the warmth and collaboration – everyone genuinely cares about making a difference for the Deaf community.

I’m a BSL user, so if you see me around, don’t be shy - come and say hi!

Hello! I’m Helen, Service Delivery Manager for ClickBSL.

I am delighted to be working with a team of people who are passionate about providing the best possible service to the Deaf community.

I am a registered interpreter with more than 30 years’ experience and am dedicated to ensuring that communication barriers are removed in all areas of life.
